NEW UNIFORM POLICY 2017-18

Adopted by the 2016-17 School Improvement Council

All Creek Bridge Middle students will wear uniforms to school. Anytime the students are on the property of Creek Bridge Middle School, they must be in uniform unless otherwise instructed. There may be special occasions when the principal will grant students the right to wear regular clothes.

Pants

  • Khaki pants/capris/skirts/shorts/skorts

  • No cargo style pants

  • Belts must be worn

  • All pants must be worn appropriately as the manufacturer intended

  • Skirts/shorts/skorts must be at least fingertip length

  • No leggings, jeggings, or tights may be worn as pants

  • Pants legs are to be worn down and not tucked in socks or rolled to the knee

Shirts

  • Long or short sleeve polo shirts (solid colored)

  • All shirts must be tucked in (girls and boys)

  • White thermals may be worn underneath shirts

  • Shirts must not reveal any areas of the waist or upper body

  • Colors: Hunter green, black, navy blue

Shoes/Socks (All Shoes Must Be Closed Toed)

  • No bedroom shoes

  • No Slides

  • No heels higher than one inch

  • No shoes with wheels

  • Shoes must be tied, buckled or worn as the manufacturer intended. Shoes that cause undue attention are prohibited

Headwear

  • Hair bows and ribbons are acceptable headwear

  • No hats, bandanas, picks, rags, scarves, or sunglasses can be worn as headwear

 

Jackets:

  • Pullover hoodies or zipper hoodies may be worn the color of the uniform shirt or Creek Bridge Apparel. (Recommended but not mandatory)

 

Colors assigned to grades are as follows:

6th grade ------- Black

 

7th grade ------Navy Blue

 

8th grade ------ Hunter Green
